You will be asked to provide some preliminary information during the booking process.  This will help us prepare for our session so that we can get the most out of our time.

You will receive and confirmation email for your appointment time.  This confirmation will include a link to reschedule or cancel your appointment.  We would appreciate at least 24 hours notice if you do reschedule or cancel your appointment. 

Please note:  If you do not attend your appointment a cancellation fee of $25 may be charged.
