This exclusive Group Coaching Membership Program for alumni of the Sustainability Kick Start Program and our introductory Sustainability Courses - Starting Sustainability and Getting Others On Board, and has been designed to support you to:

- Continue to build your sustainability knowledge so that you feel confident as you engage your team in embedding sustainability;
- Dive deeper and implement the right strategies at the right time in order to effectively engage your team, children, families and community;

About Bron
Hi, I’m Bron, Founder of Real World Learning. I'm an environmental scientist and sustainability educator specializing in early years sustainability - my focus for the past 8 years. I started Real World Learning in 2016 after many years working with Local and State Government, Small Business, Not-For-Profits, Community Groups and of course early childhood services.
I love helping passionate educators and leaders embed sustainability across their service - engaging their team, children, families and community.
I have been developing and implementing sustainability education and engagement programs for over 20 years. I’ve learnt all the tips, lessons and strategies I’ll share with you, the hard way. I’ve felt the frustration and pain of banging your head against the wall, getting nowhere fast; and the challenge of getting others on board. I’ve heard all the objections. But, over time, I discovered the most effective strategies for addressing them all, and saw some amazing transformations!

Masterclass Topics
- If you have particular topics you'd like to know more about, let me know and I will do my best to cover it.
- Some Masterclasses may be run live via zoom and members will receive an invitation to join prior to the scheduled time. Any live sessions will be recorded.
- Guest speakers who will bring different ideas and perspectives to further develop our understanding of sustainability.
- If there are tools or resources that would make implementation easier for you, let me know and I can create something to add to the library, along with a tutorial on how you might use it.

Key Dates and Info
New content will be uploaded to the Kick On Portal on the last Friday of each month.
Members will receive a notification when new content has been uploaded.
The content will be relevant regardless of where you are on your sustainability journey. In fact, it will be great to have educators at all different points so that we can all learn from each other, sharing knowledge, stories and experiences.
You will also have access to recordings of any previous sessions via the RWL Portal.
You will have access to the program content for as long as you maintain your membership subscription.
