Hi, I'm Bron...
I discovered the power of engaging children in sustainability when my 4 year old asked for a water tank for his birthday...
I'm an environmental scientist and sustainability educator with 20 years experience developing and implementing engaging programs for organisations, businesses, educators, families and individuals to make change for sustainability.
Young children and families were always Missing In Action - so I went looking for them... I found them in Early Childhood settings and took my programs to them.
They were the most fun and created the most impact I'd ever seen... That was it. I found my happy place... Working with Early Childhood Education & Care Services to bring sustainability to life for children and change the world!

We want to encourage change that's sustainable. We incorporate sustainability into your existing program, practices & documentation. It's not about more, just different.
How is the Sustainability Kick Start Program different?
The 5-Step Framework you'll learn is flexible and can be customised to meet the specific needs of your service. It's not a one size fits all approach. I believe that to successfully embed sustainability your plans & actions should reflect your people & place.
There's no one way to implement it. Your plans & priorities should be informed by the strengths of your people & your context. The tools & templates can be adapted for use with different stakeholders as your knowledge, skills & confidence grow.
You always end up having to implement sustainability on your own...
Engaging others is the most significant challenge sustainability leaders face. That's why the very first step in our Framework is Engage. Embedding sustainability is not a one person job. Getting others on board is an important first step, and you'll learn my most effective, tried & tested strategies for getting others on board, whether its your team, children, families or community.
