You can apply the process to just you, if you're doing this for the first time or don't have a team working together on embedding sustainability just yet. It can be applied to a small team, or your whole team. You can then revisit when your ready to engage families or your broader community.
Your Sustainability Action Plan
During the Course you will clarify your understanding of sustainability, reflect on your current practice and envision what your sustainable service could look and feel like. This will then inform the creation of your Sustainability Action Plan.
This may form part of your QIP or be a separate document that will help keep you and your team motivated and focused. You will have access to our Sustainability Action Plan Template which you can customise to your needs. The Template provides structure, prompting questions and examples to help get you started. Your Sustainability Action Plan will identify actions that help you move towards your vision with clarity and confidence.
